I reached Minehead in April. The 60 miles or so between Rock and Hartland Point are quite hard going most of the way, but it’s a spectacular stretch of coast, you’ll find plenty of interesting subject matter to distract you from the physical effort. I’m impressed to note you skipped all the ferries. Good luck to you for the rest of your journey.

Good to know what to expect. I see you avoided some ferries too. Falmouth Harbour was a 4 day detour! But I enjoyed the change of feel from the coast although some of the inevitable roads are quite dangerous for the walker. Enjoyed your blog – Porthcurno has a special place in my heart too!
