Great to see your brilliant photos of the Glamorgan coast where I walked as a youth: come rain, come shine, as a teenager. Having decided to go for a walk on Saturday along the Lias limestone shore, I would go anyway even if it was pouring rain when the time came, the decaying red triadic marls reaching up to Penarth head, the blue-grey fine grained Lias limestone and Jurassic / rheatic bone beds., beach coming to Lavernock Poitr and the Marconi memorial tablet in the garden wall where he sent his first wireless messages across a body of water, all the time the fog-horns on Flatholm assaulting my ears. Walk there along the beach, walk back along the cliff tops. Your photos really capture the atmosphere. Brilliant.
