Big Sand was aptly named I thought! I really enjoyed this one including the walk out to the lighthouse (the previous owners used to be ferocious about anyone going there that wasn’t staying there, but fortunately gone now). Wonderful shot of the otter, you did well to see it.
Going on Two Lochs radio looks amazing. I did see the studio and put it on the radio when I was in the area. Great they let you (made you?) do the weather too! Two Lochs Radio used to compete with Radio Scilly (now Islands FM) on the Isles of Scilly as to whose station was the smallest!
I was warned about the lighthouse too. There was even a council notice stating the path was public and a number to call if any trouble! Two Lochs was great fun and Anne was lovely.
Ivor’s Bothy looks pretty basic although obviously you can’t see inside but I’m guessing similar to the outside but less windy!
Surprisingly it’s very comfortable, great library, comfy chair and lots of food! I’ll share a video and pic of the interior in tomorrow’s post.
