  1. I must admit, I thought the midges in Scotland was an exaggeration but you have documented proof! Wowzers.

    • Thanks, I spend very little time dwelling on the discomforts but I’m recording it to give a rounded account of doing this walk.

    We used to walk up to Lochan na Leirg many many years ago for the fishing. I also fell in.

    Lovely to see the loch again.
